Whether for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, plumbing, electrics or any other issue – get in touch with us by phone if you have an emergency or disruption anywhere in Switzerland. We’ll deal with your concern without delay and with a minimum of fuss.

Call

We record your concern and assess the situation in order to avoid unnecessary interventions and costs. Please let us know if you have a maintenance contract.

Customer advice

Our specialists ensure that your concerns are resolved with a minimum of fuss, either immediately over the phone via remote maintenance or by sending a service technician to the site – on the same day or by appointment with you, depending on the urgency. 

Any costs incurred are communicated in advance.

Execution

Emergency repairs are carried out, temporary measures put in place or equipment safeguards implemented – depending on the situation at the site. Further work is carried out by the regular service team at a later date.

Emergency situation resolved

Long journeys can be avoided thanks to our service network covering the whole of Switzerland. We are always close by and can therefore reach the site quickly. If you report a non-urgent issue, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
