Under the CSR Charter, our suppliers and subcontractors also commit to upholding human rights, environmental protection, occupational safety standards and fair working conditions at all times – without compromise.

Rather than being a sideshow, sustainability is an integral part of our strategy here at Equans Switzerland. We assume responsibility – by reducing our customers’ emissions while at the same time consistently improving our own environmental footprint – along the entire supply chain.
The three transitions
By focusing on the three transitions – the energy transition, digitalisation and industrial change – as well as on science-based climate targets (SBTi) and clear measures such as the electrification of our vehicle fleet, energy-efficient buildings, the promotion of the circular economy and smart mobility solutions, we make tangible contributions towards ensuring climate protection. Our services are geared towards making lasting changes in the daily lives of customers, partners and communities.

Our Code of Ethics requires all employees to maintain integrity, transparency and fairness – in their dealings with each other, customers, partners and society. Our suppliers also commit to upholding the CSR Charter – for fair working conditions, human rights and sustainable activities along the entire supply chain.

Digital solutions require digital security. Equans Switzerland systematically invests in cybersecurity – with clear rules, awareness training and secure IT infrastructure. Campaigns such as Cybersecurity Month and interactive formats such as Cyber Guardians Quest raise awareness and protect our systems over the long term.
