Project leadership and management
You are responsible for the entire project workflow and make sure that deadlines, budgets and quality requirements are met, ensuring that every project is completed successfully.
Coordination and communication
You act as the interface between building owners, architects, customers and fitting teams. Your organisational skills ensure the smooth operation of construction sites and efficient collaboration.
Interdisciplinary projects (Multitec)
In Multitec projects, you coordinate complex tasks that combine different trades, assuming responsibility for innovative and holistic solutions.
Acquisition and costing
From the preparation of the quote to the signing of the contract – you analyse requirements, make precise calculations and prepare quotes to ensure the success of every project.
Schedule and cost control
You keep track of schedules, budgets and resources. With your foresight, you ensure that projects stay within scope and that expectations are met.
Ensuring occupational safety
You ensure a safe working environment, identify potential risks and systematically minimise them, guaranteeing that everyone involved is protected.
Technology and standards
You keep your finger on the pulse, use state-of-the-art processes and are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations – so you’re always one step ahead.
Environmentally friendly and energy-conscious activities
